Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed by our warehouse to be eligible for a refund.
For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime after your 2nd bottle is shipped to you, by logging on to your subscription portal (and clicking the "cancel" button at the bottom of your order) or emailing us your request at [email protected].
If your next subscription order is already processed, we'll only be able to cancel future months of your subscription.
