How do I cancel my Anti-Spike subscription?Updated 3 months ago

To cancel your Anti-Spike subscription, you can:

1. Log into your subscription portal 

2. Locate your Anti-Spike subscription

3. Select the "Cancel" button to cancel your subscription

Note that the cancel button will only appear after 2 months of subscription (2 shipments) have been completed. 

If your order has already been processed for this month, the subscription will be cancelled for all future months. You can check if your order has been processed by looking up the most recent order confirmation email in your inbox.

And remember, if you wish to receive Anti-Spike a bit less often than every 30 days, you can space out your deliveries by selecting "Edit next order date" in your customer portal.
